Halden works with owner-managed companies across DACH, France and Italy, valued 5m–150m — the segment investment banks price out and commercial banks slow down. We sell them, raise for them, and hold the money that moves through the deal. We take no interest. We charge fees, including on ourselves.
We are not a full-service bank and we do not pretend to be one. We do three things — sell, raise, settle — for one kind of client, and we hold the money while the deal is live.
